Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded or diced Leftover or rotisserie chicken works well.
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce Can be store-bought or homemade.
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 pieces burger buns Soft burger buns work best.
  • Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Method

Preparation
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the shredded chicken to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine.
  3. Pour in the Alfredo sauce and mix well. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  4. Stir in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Spoon the Chicken Alfredo mixture onto the burger buns and garnish with fresh parsley.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy goodness!

Notes

For a richer flavor, consider using homemade Alfredo sauce. Add a dash of red pepper flakes for extra spice. Toast the buns lightly to enhance texture.
