  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (optional, for added nutrients)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook according to package instructions, typically about 2-3 minutes, or until they float to the surface. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked gnocchi, shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, broccoli (if using), garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
Baking
  1. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with the grated parmesan cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
Serving
  1. Once it’s out of the oven, allow it to cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
