Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, cooked pasta, broccoli, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Leftovers keep well and can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
