  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 12 ounces penne pasta
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce Use high-quality for best flavor
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Can mix with other cheeses
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste pepper
Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley For garnish before serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, cooked pasta, broccoli, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Leftovers keep well and can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
