Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, and continue to mix until smooth.
- In the same bowl, stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
Notes
Serve warm for a gooey treat or let cool for a chewier texture. Pairs well with a cold glass of milk or vanilla ice cream.
