Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the honey and eggs until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Drop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them a few inches apart.
Baking
- Sprinkle a small pinch of flaky sea salt on top of each cookie before baking.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden but the centers are still soft.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week. Can freeze for up to three months.
