Preparation

- Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half.

Cooking

- In the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the potatoes and return to the oven until the cheese melts.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with chives or green onion, and serve warm.
