  • 4 pieces tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Leftover rotisserie chicken works well.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Can substitute with other types of cheese.
  • 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce Adjust based on taste preference.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for toasting Use your preferred cooking oil.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the creamy garlic sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place a portion of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and roll up tightly.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
  2. Toast each wrap in the skillet, seam-side down, for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

For a hint of spice, add jalapeños to the chicken mixture. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
