Ingredients
  

Lasagna Base
  • 9 pieces Lasagna noodles Cook according to package instructions.
  • 3 cups Cooked chicken, shredded Rotisserie chicken works well.
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce Store-bought or homemade.
Cheese Mixture
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded For topping and layering.
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated For topping.
Flavor Enhancers
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced Add more for extra flavor.
  • 1 cup Spinach (optional) Adds nutrition and flavor.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, ricotta cheese, garlic, and optional spinach. Season with salt and pepper.
Layering
  1. Spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.
  2. Layer noodles on top, followed by more chicken mixture, a sprinkle of mozzarella and Parmesan.
  3. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with noodles and a layer of sauce topped with mozzarella and Parmesan.
Baking
  1. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  2. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  3. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve hot with a side salad or garlic bread. Allowing the lasagna to rest after baking makes it easier to cut.
