Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake the frozen fries until they turn golden and crisp, around 20–25 minutes.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned and the onions are soft. Be sure to drain any excess grease.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, ketchup, and mustard to the beef mixture. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 1–2 minutes.
Assembly
- In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, create a base layer with the baked fries.
- Evenly spread the cooked beef mixture over the fries.
- Generously sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add cooked bacon bits as the final topping.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbling.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley or green onions.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, mix different cheeses or add diced bell peppers or mushrooms. Ensure to fry the fries for the best texture.
