  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese Cheddar, pepper jack, or blue cheese can be used.
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onions, diced Red onions can add color and flavor.
Sauces
  • 1/4 cup ketchup Can be adjusted to taste.
  • 1/4 cup mustard Can be adjusted to taste.
Seasonings
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Assembly
