Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.
- Pour the chicken mixture into a pie dish, spreading it evenly.
- Prepare the Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix according to the package instructions, then spread it over the chicken mixture to form a thick layer.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously on top of the biscuit layer.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with a garden salad or steamed vegetables. For longer storage, freeze the pie wrapped tightly.
