Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs.
- Add the cooked macaroni, shredded cheese, onions, bell peppers, green onions, mustard, and Caribbean seasoning to the bowl. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the macaroni mixture into it.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with a crisp salad or steamed vegetables. It can also be frozen before baking for up to 2 months. For a shortcut, use pre-shredded cheese; freshly shredded cheese provides a creamier texture.
