  • 1 package Soft caramel candies Follow package instructions for melting
  • 1 cup Chocolate (milk or dark, for melting) Can be melted in a microwave or double boiler
  • 1 cup Sprinkles For decoration

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Melt the soft caramel candies according to package instructions.
  2. Spread caramel on a Ritz cracker and top with another cracker to make a sandwich.
Coating
  1. Melt the chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until it’s smooth and creamy.
  2. Dip each cracker sandwich into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.
  3. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle festive sprinkles on top.
  5. Let the chocolate firm up before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or freeze for up to a month. Use parchment paper between layers when freezing.
