  • 1 can 12.5 oz can chicken breast, drained and shredded Make sure to drain well to avoid excess moisture.
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional) Use for a cheesier crust.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Toppings
  • Toppings of choice (sauce, cheese, veggies, meat) Customize with your favorite toppings.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken, egg, parmesan cheese, mozzarella (if using), garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until everything is combined.
  3. Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten it into a round crust about 1/4 inch thick.
Baking
  1. Bake the crust for 20 minutes, or until it is golden and firm.
  2. Remove the crust from the oven, add your favorite toppings, and bake for another 5–7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  3. Let it cool slightly, slice, and enjoy your delicious pizza!

Notes

Serve hot with extra dipping sauces like marinara or ranch. This crust can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or wrapped in foil and frozen for up to a month.
