  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning Adjust based on heat preference.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking the fish and tossing sweet potatoes.
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, sliced into chips Ensure even slicing for uniform cooking.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake the sweet potatoes for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until they are crispy.
  2. While the chips are baking, season the fish fillets with Cajun seasoning on both sides.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Cook the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden.
Serving
  1. Serve the spicy fish with the sweet potato chips and a wedge of lemon if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers separately in airtight containers; fish lasts 2 days, chips are best within 1-2 days. Reheat fish in a skillet for best results.
