  • 8 oz penne pasta Cook according to package instructions.
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced Should be seasoned before cooking.
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning Adjust to taste.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For cooking the chicken.
Vegetables
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Enhances the flavor profile.
Sauce and Garnishes
  • 1 cup heavy cream Base for the creamy sauce.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds richness.

Method
 

Cooking Pasta
  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cooking Chicken
  1. Season the sliced chicken with Cajun seasoning.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
Cooking Vegetables and Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
  2. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Add the cooked pasta, chicken, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
  1. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
