  • 1 head Romaine lettuce Fresh and crisp
  • 1 cup Croutons Store-bought or homemade
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Use high-quality or homemade
  • to taste Ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and chop the Romaine lettuce.
  2. In a large bowl, add the chopped lettuce and Caesar dressing; toss to coat.
  3. Add croutons and grated Parmesan cheese; mix gently.
  4. Squeeze lemon juice over the salad.
  5. Season with ground black pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container. Keep dressing separate until ready to eat.
