  • ½ pound shredded green cabbage
  • ¼ cup roughly chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 green onions, diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Toss until all the cabbage is well coated, and the slaw looks creamy and colorful.
  3. Use immediately on tacos or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Notes
