Preparation
- In a large bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and brown sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.

- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
Baking
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into bite-sized shapes.
- Prepare a baking soda solution by dissolving baking soda in boiling water.
- Dip each pretzel bite into the baking soda solution for about 30 seconds.
- Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with an egg wash and sprinkle with coarse salt.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
