Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well-coated.
  2. Wash and separate the lettuce leaves.
  3. Spoon a portion of the buffalo chicken mixture onto each lettuce leaf.
  4. Top with diced celery, carrots, and dressing if desired.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store the buffalo chicken mixture and lettuce leaves separately in airtight containers. The chicken should stay fresh in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat the chicken before assembling the wraps.
