Method
 

Preparation
  1. Spread the soft cheese evenly over the center of a large plate or small platter, leaving about a 1/4 inch border around the edge.
  2. Evenly sprinkle and spread the chopped tomatoes over the cheese layer, followed by the fresh basil.
  3. Drizzle the balsamic glaze back and forth over the entire plate.
  4. Serve immediately with pita chips, crackers, or spread on thin slices of baguette.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Mix gently before serving if the dip becomes watery.
