  • 1 cup diced ham Can use leftover ham.
  • 2 cups chopped broccoli Fresh or frozen can be used.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Can substitute with mozzarella or pepper jack.
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked rice, diced ham, chopped broccoli, and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the rice mixture and stir well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the dish is set and the top is golden brown.
  2. Allow it to cool for about 5 minutes before serving for the best texture and flavor.
