- Add the yeast mixture and eggs to the flour mixture; mix until smooth.
- Gradually incorporate the softened butter into the dough until it becomes elastic.
- Cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place until it doubles in size, about 1-2 hours.
- Punch the dough down to release the air, then shape it into a loaf or divide it into rolls.
- Place your shaped dough in a greased pan, cover it again, and let it rise until it doubles, about another hour.
Baking
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Allow the brioche to cool before slicing.
