Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into squares, approximately 3 inches by 3 inches.
- Place a small piece of brie on each square of puff pastry.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the brie, sealing it well to create a tiny pouch.
- Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
Baking
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey while still warm.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm for the best flavor and texture.
Notes
Serve warm for the best experience. These bites are great as appetizers or as part of a cheese board. Can be stored unbaked in the fridge for up to 2 days or frozen for 2 months.
