Preparation and Baking
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the Brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle honey over the top of the Brie.
- Sprinkle fresh herbs on top.
- Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the Brie is soft and melty.
- Serve warm with crackers or sliced baguette, optionally garnished with nuts.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at a low temperature for 5-10 minutes until warmed through. Experiment with toppings like caramelized onions or spicy red pepper flakes for variations.
