Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- In a skillet, cook the eggs, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Assembly
- Layer the cooked eggs, cheese, and bacon or sausage on the bottom half of the rolls.
- Place the top halves of the rolls over the fillings.
- Melt butter and brush it over the top of the rolls.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops of the rolls are golden.
