Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed bread, milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir until the bread absorbs the mixture.
- If using, fold in the raisins.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Baking
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the pudding is set.
- Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
