Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a pie dish or baking dish with butter.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add in the flour and salt, whisking until combined.
Assembly
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared dish.
- Scatter the blueberries and cherries evenly over the batter.
- Pour the remaining batter over the fruit.
Baking
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the clafoutis is set and golden brown on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving, and enjoy warm or at room temperature.
