Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, toss the blueberries with honey and a pinch of salt.
- Place the halved jalapeños on a baking sheet and fill each half with a piece of brie cheese.
- Top the brie with a spoonful of the blueberry mixture.
- Drizzle olive oil over the jalapeño poppers and sprinkle with pepper.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm for best experience. Arrange on a platter and garnish with extra blueberries or honey. Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; reheating in the oven recommended.
