  • 6 jalapeños, halved and seeded Choose firm and bright jalapeños for best flavor.
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, cut into small pieces Can be substituted with cream cheese or goat cheese.
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries Frozen blueberries can be used if fresh are unavailable, ensure they are drained.
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, toss the blueberries with honey and a pinch of salt.
  3. Place the halved jalapeños on a baking sheet and fill each half with a piece of brie cheese.
  4. Top the brie with a spoonful of the blueberry mixture.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the jalapeño poppers and sprinkle with pepper.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm for best experience. Arrange on a platter and garnish with extra blueberries or honey. Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; reheating in the oven recommended.
