  • 2 tablespoons Chocolate syrup Substitute with salted caramel or peanut butter sauce for a twist.
  • 1 cup Vegan whipped cream Store-bought dairy-free whipped cream can be used.
  • 1/4 cup Crushed vegan chocolate cookies Use gluten-free cookies if desired.
  • a few Fresh mint leaves for garnish Chill serving glasses for an extra touch.

Assembly
  1. Start by scooping vegan chocolate ice cream into a bowl or sundae glass.
  2. Add a layer of chopped cherries on top of the ice cream.
  3. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the cherries and ice cream.
  4. Add a generous dollop of vegan whipped cream on top.
  5. Sprinkle crushed vegan chocolate cookies over the whipped cream.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Store any unused components separately. For a double chocolate experience, pair with a slice of vegan chocolate cake.
