Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cut the biscuits into quarters and add them to the sausage in the skillet. Mix to combine.
  5. In a greased casserole dish, layer the sausage and biscuit mixture. Pour the egg mixture over the top.
  6. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and green onions if using.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the egg is set and the top is golden.
  8. Serve warm.
