  • 1 piece Flatbread Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded Can use rotisserie chicken for convenience
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce Choose your favorite BBQ sauce
Toppings
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded Can substitute with other cheeses
  • 1/2 medium Red onion, thinly sliced For added flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil To drizzle on top before baking

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce over the flatbread.
  3. Top with shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Add the sliced red onion evenly over the top.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil.
Baking
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden.
  2. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped cilantro, slice, and serve.
