Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the meat with salt, pepper, and any additional spices for an extra kick.
  3. Brush the grill with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Grilling
  1. Place the meat on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, basting with barbecue sauce halfway through cooking.
  2. If using, toss vegetables in olive oil, salt, and pepper, and place them on the grill until slightly charred.
Serving
