  • 1 cup honey Can substitute with agave syrup for a lighter option.
  • 5 g unflavored gelatin Use agar-agar for a vegetarian option.
  • 60 g chocolate Melted.
  • 1 cup peanut paste Or 2 cups neutral oil.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium pot, combine the sesame seeds and the banana, mashing the banana well.
  2. Add the strawberries, natural yogurt, and honey to the mixture, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, dissolve the gelatin in a small amount of warm water and add it to the mixture.
  4. Melt the chocolate and mix it in smoothly.
  5. If using peanut paste, fold it gently into the mixture; if using oil, blend it well until combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into serving cups and refrigerate until it sets, about 2-3 hours.
  7. Serve chilled.

Notes

To enhance flavor, consider adding a splash of vanilla extract. This dessert is excellent for serving at gatherings or as a sweet snack.
