  • 1 box instant banana pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained (20 oz)
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1 cup sliced bananas Use ripe bananas for best flavor.
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts Can be substituted with sunflower seeds for nut-free version.
  • 1 cup maraschino cherries, halved Reserve a few whole for topping.
  • 1 container whipped topping, thawed (8 oz) Fresh whipped cream can be used instead.
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • to taste Sprinkles, for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, prepare the instant banana pudding according to the package instructions. Let it set for a few minutes to thicken.
  2. Gently fold in the drained crushed pineapple, chopped strawberries, and sliced bananas.
  3. Stir in the mini marshmallows, chopped walnuts, and halved maraschino cherries. Mix gently for even distribution.
  4. Carefully fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is creamy and well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl, drizzle chocolate syrup over the top, and garnish with whole maraschino cherries and colorful sprinkles.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Best served chilled. Can be prepared a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator. Use fresh fruits for optimal flavor. Customize with additional fruits like raspberries or blueberries for a twist.
