  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adds depth of flavor.
  • to taste Salt Essential for enhancing flavors.
  • to taste Pepper Essential for enhancing flavors.
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme Can use fresh herbs instead.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add the chicken thighs and Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss to coat them in the marinade.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken and sprouts in a baking dish, spreading them out evenly.
  2. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is well-cooked and the sprouts are tender and slightly caramelized.
  3. Serve warm and enjoy every bite!

Notes

For even more flavor, marinate the chicken thighs in balsamic vinegar and olive oil for a few hours or overnight.
