  • 2 pieces lobster tails (about 6-8 ounces each) Choose fresh lobster tails.
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
  3. Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top of the lobster shell, stopping before the tail fin.
  4. Gently spread the shell open to expose the meat.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Brush the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
Baking
  1. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  2. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with melted butter, lemon wedges, and pair with sides like garlic mashed potatoes or a fresh green salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
