Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Hot Sauce
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs Panko recommended for extra crunch
  • 1 cup Flour Can be substituted with gluten-free alternatives
  • 2 whole Eggs Beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse and pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
  3. Prepare a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
  4. Coat each piece of chicken in flour, dip in eggs, then finish with breadcrumbs.
  5. Place coated chicken on a greased baking sheet, spaced evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the honey and hot sauce for the glaze.
  3. After baking, baste chicken with the honey mixture.
  4. Broil for an additional 5 minutes for an even crispier top.
  5. Let the chicken cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with sides like coleslaw or roasted vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for 2 months.
