Ingredients
  

For the Bites
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent rolls (8 ounce) Unroll and separate into triangles.
  • 1 brick brie cheese, rind removed and cut into 1-inch cubes (8 ounce) Use a soft brie for best results.
  • 1/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce Can adjust based on preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. Press each triangle into a mini muffin tin cup, forming a cup shape.
  4. Place one cube of brie cheese into each crescent roll cup.
  5. Top each brie cube with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
Baking
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and the brie is melted and bubbly.
  2. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Best served warm, these bites can be garnished with chopped fresh parsley or a sprinkle of pecans.
