Cooking
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
- Place a wire rack on the baking sheet.
- Arrange the marinated chicken legs on the rack, spaced apart.
- Bake the chicken for 35-45 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Broil for the last 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.

Notes
Leftover baked chicken legs can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. To reheat, place them in the oven at 350°F (175°C). They can be frozen for up to 3 months.
