Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture over the chicken breasts, ensuring they’re fully coated for maximum flavor.
  4. Place the chicken in a baking dish, ensuring they have some space between them for even cooking.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and has an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  2. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Store leftover baked chicken breast in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. For longer storage, you can freeze the chicken breast for up to 3 months.
