- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem. Place the cauliflower head upright on a cutting board.
- Carefully slice the cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks. You should aim for about 3-4 steaks, depending on the size of your cauliflower.
Seasoning and Roasting
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the olive oil mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Place the steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges for a bright pop of flavor.
