Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the cottage cheese, egg, vanilla extract, and optional almond flour, sweetener, and cinnamon or lemon zest. Mix until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries, then pour the mixture into a ramekin or small oven-safe dish.
  4. If desired, top with extra blueberries for a burst of color and flavor.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25–28 minutes, until the top is golden and the center is just set.
