  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 eggs For a vegan version, substitute with flax eggs.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, oats, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add the eggs and mix until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Pour the mixture into greased ramekins or a baking dish.
Baking
