  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat) Adjust spice level by removing seeds or keeping some in.
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped Provides crunch and flavor.
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped Can substitute with fresh parsley, mint, or basil.
Seasoning
  • 1 Juice of 1 lime Fresh lime juice enhances flavor.
  • to taste teaspoon Salt Adjust to your preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced avocados, strawberries, mango, jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. Squeeze lime juice over the top and season with salt to taste.
