Baking
- Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Let the pie cool completely before serving for the filling to set properly.
Notes
Best served chilled or at room temperature. Add whipped cream and sprinkle with extra cinnamon for serving. Leftovers can be covered and stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or frozen for 1-2 months.
