  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 9 inch unbaked pie crust Consider pre-baking for a crispier crust.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Stir in the ground cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt.
  4. Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust, spreading it evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  2. Let the pie cool completely before serving for the filling to set properly.

Notes

Best served chilled or at room temperature. Add whipped cream and sprinkle with extra cinnamon for serving. Leftovers can be covered and stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or frozen for 1-2 months.
