  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1.5 pounds baby red potatoes, quartered
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the quartered baby red potatoes with the ranch seasoning mix until well coated.
Baking
  1. Spread the seasoned potatoes onto a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 20 minutes.
  2. After 20 minutes, add the sliced smoked sausage to the baking sheet, mixing it with the potatoes for even distribution.
  3. Bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the sausage is heated through.
Cheese Topping
  1. In a small bowl, mix together the shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
  2. Pour the cheese mixture over the potatoes and sausage, spreading it evenly.
  3. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
