Maple Glaze
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Low sodium recommended for less salt.
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • lightly spray olive oil For coating the air fryer basket.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat the chicken breasts in the maple glaze mixture and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
Cooking
  1. Place the marinated chicken in the basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  2. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
