Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated preferred
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Use fresh for best flavor
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Adjust to taste
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  3. Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
