Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
Cooking
- Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
