- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked meat, cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place a tablespoon of the filling in the center.
- Fold the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll it up tightly.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
