Ingredients
  

For the filling
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken or pork, shredded
  • 2 cups Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup Green onions, chopped
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper
For assembly
  • 8 pieces Egg roll wrappers
  • as needed Cooking spray For spraying the egg rolls before cooking

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked meat, cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place a tablespoon of the filling in the center.
  3. Fold the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll it up tightly.
  4. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  4. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Ensure your filling is not too wet to avoid soggy egg rolls. Experiment with different fillings for variety.
